During the bid & award phase, we establish a contract procurement procedure that includes scope of work, special conditions & unit & alternate prices. We pride ourselves on maintaining rigorous control over all aspects of our work, using proven systems & methods.
During Construction:
Meet with & interview all contractors & recommend the most responsive bidders
Prepare monthly project reports, tracking costs, schedule, problem solve major as-yet-unresolved issues
Monitor project costs by tracking them from trade budget allocations, trade contract purchases, & individual change orders
Set up a schedule containment system highlighting scheduled vs. actual dates of shop drawings, material orders, construction commencement & progress & timely completion
Implement a quality control program based on project reviews to monitor for overall standards of workmanship
We ensure floors & ceilings are level, partitions are plumb & free of visible joints
We check that all lines of intersection, materials are crisp & clean, air outlets & electrical devices fit neatly & similar issues of functional & aesthetic quality are up to standard
Schedule construction & coordination meetings
Monitor mechanical-electrical systems progress & review on-going work with trade contractors
Assist in the preparation & monitoring of punch list completion
